2Seeds focuses on selecting, training, and mentoring bright and passionate graduates at the beginning of their careers to work with our African partners. In a joint effort, we address the issue of food and income security in communities where we are present.
With a model of partnership between the needs and knowledge of African farmers and the energy and creativity of young people, the goals are to establish a means of investing in and expanding training and self-initiated ownership in agricultural production and exchange; to increase the development of human capital among participants from both Africa and the young people; to create a self-sustaining change in the economic culture of a critical developing nation; and to reinvest the power of transformative leadership around the world, improving the compassion and creativity of leadership in civic and social life.
